DBO and DST are Sales & Marketing training programs and will begin as a Relationship Officer, while DBT is a managerial and strategic training program.

The employment status during the program is a contract employee (PKWT) for 9 months, after completing the program the employment status becomes a permanent employee (PKWTT).

No, trainees already get a basic salary every month with additional BPJS benefits and health insurance for inpatient or outpatient care. If you pass the accreditation and become a permanent employee, there will be salary adjustments, additional benefits, and monthly incentives based on performance.

Yes, there are applicable penalties since the training period and if you pass, you will be worked for 2 years.

No, there is no prohibition on marriage during the program.

No, all trainees do not receive leave during the training period. However, you can apply for permission.

Yes, all trainees are provided with accommodation such as staying at Danamon's Corporate Campus during Phase 1, dormitory, 3x daily meals, snacks, and laundry.
